Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Figscreen, provided by figscreen.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Figscreen may be offered through one or more digital channels, including our website, the Figma Community / Figma plugin, and the Figscreen Chrome extension, depending on what you purchase or subscribe to. We strive to provide a quality experience. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or using our services.
1. Digital product nature
Figscreen is a digital software / subscription service delivered electronically (e.g. via our website, Figma, and/or browser extension). Because digital goods are intangible, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been accessed, activated, or substantially used, unless required by applicable law or as described below in limited circumstances.
2. Refund eligibility
We may offer refunds only in limited circumstances, such as:
- You are unable to access or use the Figscreen service you paid for due to technical issues on our side, and we cannot resolve them within a reasonable time after you report them with enough detail for us to investigate.
- The product or plan description was materially different from what was delivered.
- Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region require a refund (we will comply with applicable law).
To be considered, refund requests should normally be submitted within 7 days of purchase (or within any longer period required by law), and should include clear information and, where possible, evidence (screenshots, error messages, steps to reproduce).
Chrome extension / web access: Eligibility is assessed based on whether the paid entitlement or access could not be delivered or used as described, not on subjective dissatisfaction after substantial use, except where law says otherwise.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Full name
- Email address used for the account or purchase
- Date of purchase
- Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or transaction ID)
- What you purchased (e.g. plan name, Figma vs website vs extension-related billing, if relevant)
- A clear description of the issue and what you expected vs what happened
We aim to respond within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund processing
If a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method where possible. Timing on your statement (often up to ~10 business days) depends on banks and payment providers.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
We encourage you to contact us first so we can help. Unresolved payment disputes may affect access to the service while the matter is investigated.
