1. Digital Product Nature
Figscreen is a digital software product that is delivered electronically through the Figma platform. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or used, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may offer refunds under the following limited circumstances:
- If you are unable to access or use Figscreen due to technical issues originating from our side, and those issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe after reporting.
